Document Description
This is a request to rezone and merge expired PD-202 to a new PD to allow for 100 spaces of automobile and RV storage spaces on a 3+/- acre site. The proposed development will be an expansion of the existing Derrel's Mini Storage located on the west side of Tunson to include 78 enclosed and 22 open storage spaces, a 20' pole sign, and fenced as well as a landscaped perimeter. The operation will be unstaffed and is anticipated to generate an average of 5-10 vehicle trips per day. The previous land use permit land use permit for this site was approved for 236 spaces of RV storage spaces.
