Document Description
The Miner Slough Bridge Replacement Project (Project) is located from post mile 12.1 to 12.2 on State Route 84. The 6.45-acre Project will construct a new bridge and road alignment to accommodate an increased turning radius. The existing non-standard timber bridge will be removed. The Project will temporarily impact 0.033 acre and 140 linear feet of waters of the United States. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a Public Agency Permit and Right-of-Way Map, pursuant to Section 101.5 of the Streets and Highway Code and Section 6210.3 of the Public Resources Code.
