Document Description
UC Davis proposes to renovate Walker Hall , a building of approx. 45,000 sq. ft. on a site of approx. two acres, in the core area of the UC Davis main campus. Walker Hall was constructed in 1927 as a building for engineering with offices, classrooms, and laboratory spaces. The building consists of a two-story portion oriented east-west and three shorter wings oriented north-south. The building is currently vacant and after construction, the proposed project would provide classroom seating for approx. 390 students and office space for approx. 50 employees.
