Document Description
The proposed project would involve the construction and operation of two office buildings, one at 2747 Park Boulevard and one at 3045 Park Boulevard. The applicant is the same for both projects. The EIR will analyze the impacts that would result from construction of both of the projects simultaneously. The 2747 Park Blvd. project would involve demolition of the existing 4,800 sq. ft. commercial building and construction of a new 33,323 sq. ft., three story R&D/office building with parking and landscaping. An existing oak tree in the center of the site would be preserved. The 3045 Park Blvd. project would involve demolition of the existing 17,756 sq. ft. two story commercial building and construction of a new 29,120 sq. ft., two story R&D/office building with parking and landscaping.
