Document Description
The project request includes large and small lot Tentative Subdivision Maps to create 8 villages, with a total of 827 single-family residential units (299.6 acres); a commercial area of ~39.8 acres, and ~432.8 acres of Parks/Recreation/Open Space. The project requests also includes rezoning the parcels from an overall zoning of A-2 (PD) to RD-4 (PD) (~230.0 acres), RD-5 (PD) (~67.1 acres), GC (PD) (~39.8 acres), and O (PD) (~435.3 acres. Additionally, the request includes a Use Permit to allow casitas and accessory dwellings in accordance with the proposed Design Guidelines, as well as a Special Development Permit to allow deviations from County Zoning Code standards for building heights and minimum setbacks, and a Design Review.
