Document Description
Caltrans, in conjunction with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), is proposing to remove and replace the fender system surrounding Pier 6 and Pier 7 of the Tower Bridge (Bridge No. 22-0021) located on SR 275 between the cities of West Sacramento and Sacramento, in Yolo and Sacramento counties. All work and staging activities would be conducted by the contractor entirely from barges launched from their equipment facilities, in the Sacramento River. As proposed, no ground disturbing and vegetation removal activities will be required.
