- Note: Extended Per Lead The Laguna Path Project runs along a relatively flat area adjacent to the SR Hwy 133 from the City's ACT V Parking Lot to the Laguna College of Art and Design (CIP# 296), a distance of approx. 900 feet. The pathway would be approx. 10 feet wide and constructed of decomposed granite at existing grade, immediately outside of the Caltrans right of way and within the County of Orange right of way, adjacent to the Laguna Coast Wilderness Park, located to the west. The path would be ADA accessible which includes considerations for slop, materials, and horizontal clearances to obstructions. Landscape design will include the removal of non-native invasive species and restoring native vegetation in areas outside the easement in trade for acquiring the easement.
