Document Description
The proposed project involves the preparation and implementation of a Remedial Action Plan (RAP) for a portion of the Legacy High School Complex (also known as South Region High School no. 9). The objective of the RAP for OU 3 are to remediate shallow site-wide groundwater to meet the State primary drinking water wells, and prevent or control exposure of residual contaminants to groundwater and control and mitigate soil vapor to protect human health and the environment. The long-term objective for the site is groundwater restoration. There is no immediate health risk because the public is not exposed to the shallow groundwater and the shallow groundwater is not a source of drinking water.
