Document Description
The project consists of a proposal to develop an approximately 237.25 gross acre property as a master-planned community comprised of 753 single family residential lots, two neighborhood park sites, and an open space area serving storm water detention and water quality filtration purposes. The proposed five residential neighborhoods (planning areas A, B, C, D, and E) would accommodate a max of 753 single family residential homes at a gross density of 3.2 dwelling units per acre. Two neighborhood parks are designed to serve as activity nodes and social gathering spaces, sized at 4.1 and 6.3 acres.
