Document Description
The project includes demolition of all existing improvements on the Project Site including the existing senior center buildings and associated parking lot and landscape areas. The project includes subdivision of the site into 22 equal sized parcels approximately 115 feet long by 25 feet wide consistent with the RMH-A zoning requirements and surrounding neighborhoods. The single family residences would be oriented towards the street and share a common public alley way, approximately 20-feet wide. Each lot would be developed with an approximately 2,800 sf 3-story home, consisting of three to four bedrooms, as well as private open space and a minimum 2-car garage. The project also includes construction of an approximately 17,000 sf public park.
