Document Description
Construction of a new hotel consisting of 167 hotel rooms and suites, 19,900 sq. ft. of commercials pace on the ground and second level, and up to 1,634 sq. ft. of community and art space located on the ground level. The hotel will include a pool deck, meeting rooms, fitness center and lobby. The project will provide 87 parking spaces in a subterranean level and 150 bicycle spaces. Entitlements include: Vesting Zone Change and Height District change to allow a variable height of 79'-4" with an FAR of 4.0 to 1 in lieu of the D Limitation of a 2:1 FAR and 45 ft. ht. limit,, Zoning Administrator Adjustment to allow zero-foot rear and side yards, Site Plan Review, and a Master CUP for a full-line of Adjustment to allow zero-foot rear and side yards, Site Plan Review, and a Master CUP for a full line of alcohol at two ground floor restaurants, the second level restaurant, and for the hotel in room and pool deck for guests only.
