Document Description
Project site measures approx. 12.10 acres. The project includes a General Plan Amendment and Zone Change to change the Land Use and Zoning designations to Mixed-Use. Construction of Street "A" is part of the proposed project and modification of the existing traffic signal would be a condition of project approval. The proposed project is a horizontal Mixed Use development consisting of 110 for sale residential dwelling units (42 attached townhomes and 68 small lot detached single-family residence) on 10.31 acres of the site, and a retail/commercial center consisting of two multi-tenant buildings with a total floor area of approx. 18,000 sq. ft. on 1.79 acres of the site. The retail/commercial component of the project consists fo 9,000 sf restaurant and 9,000 sf retail.
