The proposed project includes the development of a 5.14 acre site located immediately north of Foothill Blvd. (SR-66) (APN 0142-041-15). The Project includes the Foothill Terrace Gardens, a gated 43-unit detached condominium community. The proposed development includes an amendment to the existing lot line resulting in the dedication of approx. 0.15 acres, and approx. 2.0 acres of landscaped space and 0.89 acres of useable landscaped open space. Two access points will be available from Terrace Road. Along Foothill Blvd (SR66), the site would be developed to have reverse frontage. The Project site has been previously disturbed and is served by existing infrastructure such as roads and sidewalks. The site is devoid of sensitive plants and wildlife species.
