Document Description
The proposed project will convert the northern section of the Irvine Lake Pipeline (ILP) from an untreated water system to a recycled water system to provide recycled water to existing customers in District's North Tustin service area along Jamboree Road and in the Orchard Hills permanent agricultural uses. The Project will extend the recycled water system to new customers including Santiago Canyon College, the Irvine Park, the Cemetery of the Holy Sepulcher, Improvement District 252, and the future Santiago Hills II residential development. The proposed facilities for the Project are Santiago Hills Zone C+ Reservoir, Rattlesnake Complex Improvements, Orchard Hills Facility Improvement, Zone C+ Distribution Pipelines/ILP North Alignment, and other Project related improvements.
