Document Description
Provide operational and intersection improvements along SR 190 at five locations. Location one will include construction of a roundabout at Westwood Street at SR 190. Location two will include construction of an auxiliary lane along westbound SR 190 from Jaye Street to northbound SR 65 on-ramp by adding 1,300 feet of travel way and shoulder. Location three includes construction of a right-turn lane on SR 190 eastbound off-ramp onto Main Street and upgrading ramps. Location four includes construction of a roundabout at Piano Street at SR 190. Location five includes construction of a roundabout at College Avenue and Plano Street, in Tulare County.
