Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0087-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Bel Air Murrieta, LLC. The Bel Air Apartment Homes (Murrieta) Project includes the construction of a 196-unit multi-family residential community, consisting of nine three-story residential buildings, common area facilities, including a multi-purpose room, business office, recreational facilities, swimming pool and spa, and parking spaces, and associated infrastructure, such as access roads, landscpaing, utilities, and infiltration and detention basins.
