Document Description
The project proposes the construction of a 196-unit multifamily residential community within a vacant 9.85-acre parcel. The 196 units will be located within nine three-story buildings, situated around community open space and amenities, including a two story community center and pool, children's play area, and barbecue areas. The community will include 76 one-bedroom units, 114 two-bedroom units, and 6 three-bedroom units. Each unit will include a balcony or fenced private yard ranging in size from 100 to 127 sf for ground floor units and 70-80 sf for upper floor units. Trash enclosures will be 6 ft in height and constructed from concrete block with stucco fronts.
