The Moreno Valley Unified School District (District) is planning to replace portable classrooms with a new two story classroom building, and a new portable classroom. In addition to the new classrooms, a visitor parking lot and a student drop off area will be constructed. The project is located on a portion of the Serrano Elementary School. The physical address of the project site is 24100 Delphinium Avenue, Moreno Valley. Beneficiaries of the project would be the Moreno Valley Unified School District.
