Document Description
1. Conditional Use Permit CUP 15-006 for the construction of a new 80+/- foot tall monopole tower with 12 antennas, equipment shelters, and related equipment within a 31-foot by 17-foot fenced compound behind 14971 Camage Avenue on a 5.0+/- acre parcel zoned M-1 Light Industrial) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code. The existing equipment and tower at the site will be removed.
2. Variance VAR 15-002 to allow the placement of the monopole tower approximately 120 feet from the adjacent parcel to the east that is zoned M-1 and O (Open Space), in lieu of the 200-foot setback required by Section 17.53.090 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
