Document Description
The existing northbound and southbound high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes on I-880 and westbound SR-84 and SR-92 would be converted to high-occupancy toll lanes (express lanes) to provide congestion relief by allowing single-occupancy vehicles to use the existing underutilized HOV lanes by paving a toll.
