Document Description
Project's purpose is to remove, replace and re-stripe approx. 29,500 sq. ft. of existing asphalt at Parking Lot No. 18, Bolsa Chica State Beach, adjacent to headquarters building. This includes a portion of the existing entrance road. This project is needed to address the current conditions of the parking lot and entrance road. Due to the age of the asphalt as well as wear and tear, the parking lot and roads are experiencing cracking and potholes. The surface is uneven. This project will result in a smooth path of travel.
