The project consists of construction of a 30-unit affordable housing complex for veterans (supportive housing). The three-sory building would include 29 units for residents, one on-site manager's unit, a community room, meeting room, offices and laundry facilities. Associated improvements include parking, landscaping, drainage, and curb, gutter and sidewalk. All residents would be very low-income veterans (at or below 60% of Area Median Income), and eligible for Veterans Affairs Supported Housing (VASH) vouchers.
