Document Description
The Applicant proposes the demolition of the existing "Shorehouse Bed and Breakfast" building and to construct a new Beach Pavilion building of reduced size and scale. The new structure will be sited in the center of the parcel and will be 2,965 sq. ft. in the area. The main level will consist of a terrace and gathering area, kitchen, bar, restrooms and spa. The 2nd floor area will be a rooftop deck and fireplace. To the north of the structure between the building and SR 28 is a 15 space parking area and associated landscaping.
