Document Description
A CUP for an "Assembly Use" that will include an 1,895 sq. ft. Sikh worship facility and various accessory uses within an existing 4,835 sq. ft. building in the RD-20 Zoning District. The remainder of the building would be utilized for residence of the facility's priest, storage, office, and restroom facilities. The Project also includes associated site improvements including parking, lighting and landscaping, on an approx. 0.94 acre parcel within the City of Elk Grove. No exterior modifications to the existing building have been proposed, with the exception of a proposed trash enclosure, to be located on the south side of the building.
