Document Description
The project repairs the alley between Farquhar & Howard, Reagan to Maple. It will replace the existing asphalt with six inches thick concrete and will enable residents with disabilities to have an easier travel path between buildings. When the project is complete, the residents flanking this alley will experience greater access and mobility, as well as wheelchair access to this important throughfare.
