The proposed project is Amendment No. 2 to the Lease wih Point Loma Sportfishing Association of San Diego, Inc. (Point Loma Sprotfishing) located at 1403 Scott Street in San Diego, California. Point Loma Sportfishing operates a recreational sportfishing operation in the America's Cup Harbor. Point Loma Sportfishing currently has a 20-year lease that expires in December 2029. The proposed lease amendment will allow an existing owner of Point Loma Sportfishing to assign ownership interest to two individuals, updat the lease language to reflect the District's current standard lease language, and amend the "use" paragraph of the lease to allow for non-motorized boat tours and excursions.
