Document Description
The project consists of leasing new, existing office space located at 24640 Jefferson Avenue, Murrieta, California 92562. The lease will include completion of the interior office space by the lessor. Interior construction will include modifications consisting of two private offices, conference room, coffee/kitchen area, partitions, plumbing and electrical. The new 1,100 square feet of office space will provide habitable working space for six fire marshals. Work is anticipated to be completed within 60 days, with an expected move in date sometime in January 2016.
