Document Description
Install a new Accessible Lift and rebuild the interior staircase at the Rancho San Andres Castro Adobe to provide improved access to the 2nd floor of this historic adobe.
Work will install three steel beams to support the upper floor and install an exterior let-in cable system to anchor the upper floor framing to the walls in order to stabilize the structure in case of seismic activity.
