Document Description
The project is limited to the replacement of a failing 36-inch diameter corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culvert under Jewitt Road with an approximately 100-foot long, 60-inch diameter polyethylene pipe culvert. Using an excavator operation from the roadway, the Permittee will remove the existing asphalt, road base and culvert. The new culvert will then be put in place and bedded in existing base rock material. An existing auxiliary 18-inch pipe culvert will be cut flush with the bank; capped at the inlet and outlet; and filled with concrete slurry.
