Document Description
The project is limited to the construction of two bridges over Sei Querce Creek on the Ellis Ranch. The bridges will be approximately 500 feet apart. The downstream bridge will be located near an existing residence on Fay Ranch Road for small vehicle and pedestrian use for access to the adjoining vineyards. The bridge will be 45-foot long, 8-foot wide and span the entire creek. The abutments will be drilled piers located beyond the top of the stream bank. The second bridge will be 85-foot long, 16-foot wide and span the entire creek for vehicle access. The abutments will be drilled piers and lcoated beyond the top of the stream bank.
