Document Description
Project is limited to replacement of an existing, but collapsing, seep well on the bank of the Trinity River, to provide domestic water supply to an existing home on the legal parcel recognized as 025-600-031-00. Additionally, the project includes the diversion of water from underflow of the Trinity River, pursuant to a legal riparian water right. If this parcel is subdivided in the future, the legal riparian water right shall only be utilized on the parcel which abuts the stream. The edge of the new well, including excavation, shall be no closer than 15 feet to the edge of the active bank of the stream. All spoils shall be placed no closer than 25 feet from the bank of the channel.
