- Document Description
- The District proposes to conduct routine maintenance on a culvert that outlets into Tucalota Creek. Under current conditions, the culvert is partially blocked by vegetation, leaf litter, sediment and debris. The outlet structure/culvert sits upon a riprap base that extends approx. 15 feet into the channel. Only the existing culvert and riprap pad will be cleaned of debris. Maintenance is required in order to allow the culvert to function as designed and convey flows from the adjacent residential neighborhood. The debris and vegetation removal will be conducted manually with hand tools, and no mechanical equipment will enter the channel.
