Document Description
Project involves one encroachment consisting of two components: a) non-commercial gravel extraction of up to 5000 cy. from a mid-channel reach of Grist Creek for purposes of reducing the frequency and duration of flooding and b) installing up to 90 lineal feet of rock rip-rap along the southern bank of the grist Creek to reduce erosion and protect property. Excavated gravel will be relocated to an adjacent property known as the "Brush Property" at 75991 Covelo Road.
