Document Description
This is a request to create eleven 8,000 sf single-family lots, which is the minimum lot size for the R-A zoning district, from one parcel 2.3 acres in size, and three parcels 10,800 sf, 14,951 sf, and 9,020 sf, in size located in the Rural Residential zoning district in the community of Denair. The tentative map proposes a court that will take access from Story Road. A will serve letter for water and sewer services has been provided for the project from the Denair Community Services District. Two single-family dwellings and an ag storage barn currently exist on the project site. Storm water is proposed to be managed for the development through a horizontal drain blanket on the western most portion of the project site adjacent to Santa Fe Road.
