Document Description
Priority Development Area Plan funded by AGAG planning grant intended to support transit-oriented and infill growth in existing communities adjacent to transit. The PDA area is an existing mixed use area, envisioned as a central business district and urban neighborhood for the city that contains areas for new mixed-use development. The proposed project consists of various development types including multi-family residential, retail/service commercial, public institutional, office, light industrial, public parks and open space. New roadways, transit, bicycles, and pedestrian improvements are envisioned. A particular focus is placed on access to SMART station and regional multi-use path.
