Document Description
Development Agreement between the City of Plymouth and Rancho Victoria Vineyard (RVV) for the City to provide treated effluent (recycled water) to RVV to drip irrigate approximately 100 acres of wine grapes. The project involves a pump station, 6,000 lineal feet of main water lines, a water filtration station, extension of overhead electrical power lines, and irrigation mains and laterals. Comprises approximately 14-acre total project area.
