Document Description
The Board proposes to replace a failed drainage culvert located through the eastern embankment of the Western Pacific Interceptor Canal (WPIC). The culvert is no longer conveying water from low lying lands ot he east into the WPIC. The project includes, site preparation, dewatering, ground disturbance, removing the failed culvert and replacing the culvert, in-kind with a new culvert, and project site restoration.
