Document Description
The project is the adoption of general waste discharge requirements (WDRs) for eligible wine, beverage and food (WBF) processing facilities that discharge process wastewater or process solids to land. Eligible facilities seeking enrollment must comply with the requirements of the general WDRs including effluent limitations, groundwater limitations, discharge specifications, design specifications, solids discharge specifications and a monitoring and reporting program (MPR) to address potential impacts associated with discharges of process wastewater and solids to land.
