Document Description
The proposed pole barn will be located on a 176.25-acre parcel located at 8250 Bailey Road. The parcel is currently used for agricultural purposes - poultry farming and pasture. The pole barn will be 44'x180' (7,920 sf), 17' high, and located near three existing farm buildings. The project parcel is also developed with two single-family residences located approximately 440' north and 680' northwest of the proposed pole barn.
