Document Description
The proposed Project involves replacing an existing bridge and the replacement of the roadway approach leading to the bridge. Along with the relocation of utilities, a portion of a roadrise drainage will be filled to accomodate the new infrastructure. The project will result in impacts to 0.2 acres of giant garter snake habitat plus temporary impacts to 1.2 acres; the Project will permanently remove 0. acres of upland habitat for giant garter snake. The Project is expected to result in incidental take of giant garter snake, which is/are designated as a threatened species under the California Endangered Species Act. The ITP references above as issues by CDFW authorizes incidental take of species listed under CESA that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
