Document Description
The project consists of the construction, operation and ultimate decommissioning of a 1 megawatt solar generating facility. The project site is located in unincorporated Napa County, approximately 350 feet south of Highway 12. The Project would be constructed on a undeveloped parcel owned by Napa Sanitation District. The Project site is located adjacent to the existing Napa Sanitation District's Soscol Water Recycling Facility (1515 Soscol Ferry Road) and will generate electricity for use by the District at the Soscol Water Recycling Facility, which would be purchased via a Power Purchase Agreement with SunPower. The project consists of solar panels, inverters, and associated infrastructure, including construction of new connections to the existing transmission system, which currently comprises an existing 40 foot tall transmission pole and overhead line.
