- Document Description
- The applicants propose to create 2 parcels. The parcel map will create 2 parcels, one of 21.7 acres and one of 43.7 acres, in an AG-2; Agricultural/Valley (20 acre minimum) District by dividing a 65.4 acres non-contracted parcel. The site borders the east side of Mayhew Ave. and south side of Christian Rd. (southeast corner) and approximately 1 1/4 miles east of I-5. The site is relatively flat or slightly slopes from the south to the northeast and away from the Mayhew Ave. A drainage ditch bisects the property. The area appears to be heavily farmed with row crops and orchards, which is typical for the area. The drainage ditch or man-made drainage flows through the proposed property line of parcel's A and B in a northeast fashion. This is expected to remain after the map is filed as the current land us is primarily harvesting hay, but may be changed to orchards.
