Request for a Use Permit for the construction and operation of a wireless communications facility consisting of a 83-foot tall monopine structure (i.e. a cell tower camouflaged to look like a pine tree) containing 9 antennas, 2 microwave dishes, an 18-foot by 18-foot equipment cabinet area; and one 30 KW diesel standby generator with a 132 gallon fuel tank. The proposed improvements would be located within a 50-foot by 50-foot lease area enclosed by a 6-foot tall chain link fence on a 19-acre property. Access to the project site would be from Boyle Road through an existing driveway and proposed 200-foot long gravel driveway on the property.
