The Santa Clara Valley Water District, in conjunction with the Power and Water Resources Pooling Authority (PWRPA), is proposing to install, operate, and maintain solar photovoltaic power generating facilities at the Penitencia and Santa Teresa Water Treatment Plants (WTPs) located in San Jose, Santa Clara County, CA. The purpose of the project is to provide SCVWD with renewable energy at the Penitencia and Santa Teresa WTPs.
