The proposed project would convey treated surface water from the Southeast Surface Water Treatment Facility for urban use as proposed as part of the City's Metropolitan Water Resource Management Plan Update. The Supplemental MND builds on the general analysis contained in the Metropolitan Water Resources Management Plan Update EIR, and presents a project-specific CEQA analysis for the proposed project.
