The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0038-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, MI San Luis Ranch, LLC. The Project includes activities at 11 locations related to the construction of a new residential development within the City of San Luis Obispo. The Project also includes riparian plantings on site. The amendment to the Agreement includes changes to the design of the Froom Ranch Way Bridge and associated changes to the impacts from the Project.
