Document Description
Project would allow construction of up to 580 residential units, 150,000 sf of commercial development, 100,000 sf of office development, and a 200-room hotel, with a portion of the site preserved for agriculture and open space uses. The project was originally approved in July 2017. The revised project includes the same development pattern and buildout potential, but the phasing is revised to allow development in any order consistent with the City's Growth Management regulations and is no longer depending on the completion.
