Document Description
Allow an existing non-productive oil extraction well to be re-purposed for use as a water injection well for the disposal of water that is produced as a byproduct of oil and gas extraction operations. The existing non-productive oil extraction well is located on a 143.30 acre parcel in the AE-20 Zone District. The project site is located on the north side of the Nebraska Avenue alignment, between the Goldenrod Avenue alignment and Jameson Avenue, approximately four and a half-miles northeast of the unincorporated community of Helm.
