E. Cherry Avenue Specific Plan Project

Adoption and implementation of the East Cherry Ave Specific Plan, General Plan and Land Use Map amendment, Development Code and Zoning Map amendment, Vesting Tentative Tract Map (for Subarea 2) and CUP (for proposed uses within Subareas 1 and 3, at this time), which provide a detailed set of standards and requirement to guide development of the property. The project includes the development of: a 90 to 100 room hotel and 4,000 sf restaurant on Subarea 1; 58 single family units and a 0.35 acre neighborhood park on Subarea 2, and; mixed uses with limited commercial, 10 senior housing units, and gardens and orchards on Subarea 3.
