The project includes the development of: a 90 to 100 room hotel and 4,000 sf restaurant on Subarea 1; 58 single family units and a 0.35 acre neighborhood park on Subarea 2, and; mixed uses with limited commercial, 10 senior housing units, and gardens and orchards on Subarea 3.
