The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBR-42496-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, East Valley Water District.
The Project is limited to the reduction of 6 million gallons of tertiary-treated discharge from the RIX facility to the Santa Ana River per day and habitat creation, restoration, and/or enhancement activities related to compensatory mitigation requirements of project.
